The “pay per…” program is a suite of three packaged solutions to assist Oracle E-Business users to improve usability, maintenance and upgrade of the Applications. The three solutions are: * Pay per Call * Pay per Task * Pay per Class Pay per Call A service designed for companies looking to augment their existing Oracle Apps resources. Utilizing the latest in Internet communications enables us to assist clients remotely. We can either watch client’s monitors or take remote control of the applications if required while maintaining complete system security. The service is unique in its structure - The service billing is by the hour, in 30 minutes increments. There is no fee for “dead time" and no minimum requirement. Customers are charged only for actual time it takes to resolve an issue While Oracle Tech Support covers the “how” to run the applications, we focus on "using" them. Whether it's User functional questions, or a technical issue - our support engineers will come to your aid. We can also serve as a liaison between a company and Oracle's support desk. We'll open TARs, do the follow-up and track to conclusion, and we‘ll l apply the resulting patches. Pay per Task Remote turnkey / fixed cost Solutions for any Oracle Applications related tasks. Customers pay for results, with no extra billing. The services’ focus is on fixed price hourly based billing, agreed on with the customer.
