Description:
We are currently seeking a senior Oracle FIN specialist to provide
customer users with help desk support. This position will resolve
functional and technical problems and require outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide solutions and information to clients Oracle Apps users
• Investigate and troubleshoot simple to very complex issues for Oracle FIN users
• Initiate customer support via phone and written communication
• Report software bugs
• Work closely with users and Oracle Support to address customer issues
Requirements:
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle 11i FIN modules
• PL/SQL skills desired
• 2+ years Oracle Apps FIN support role
• Good English communication skills |
